DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final, aside from errors in manufacturing or shipping (e.g., broken bottles, faulty components). If you encounter such an error, please contact us at hello@domesticaperfume.com within three days of receiving your order, including details about what happened. We'll find a way to resolve any issue.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship to the contiguous US via USPS Ground Advantage due to restrictions on shipping alcohol-based perfume via air. Orders placed outside of this area will be canceled. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES SAFE TO USE?

We compose all of our perfumes in line with the International Fragrance Regulatory Association (IFRA) guidelines. Although US-based brands are not required to follow IFRA's standards, we do so to ensure the safest possible perfume experience for everyone.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES VEGAN?

All our perfumes are vegan.

ARE YOUR PERFUMES ALL-NATURAL?

Each of our perfumes contain a blend of natural and synthetic materials. When it comes to perfume, "natural" doesn't necessarily mean safer. In many cases, synthetic materials are safer for skin application than their natural counterparts.
